Life at the Studio
Hamilton & Chase is a studio of around thirty people — trip designers, sales specialists, tour leaders, engineers, marketers — spread across Vilnius, New York, and a handful of cities in between. Most of our team has been here three years or more. We like it that way.
We move at the pace of the work, not the pace of investor updates. That means our roles come with real autonomy, real ownership, and — when you join — a quiet expectation that you'll treat this place like a career, not a chapter.
