About The Role
What you'll do.
We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the channels that bring new travelers to our door. You'll work across content, paid acquisition, email and partnerships — with the freedom to experiment and the data to see what's working.
Who This Is For
A T-shaped marketer who can write a convincing subject line, read a Google Ads dashboard, brief a photographer, and knows the difference between a good landing page and a great one. Previous travel, luxury or hospitality experience is a huge plus.
Day To Day
Responsibilities.
-
01
Plan and execute the monthly content calendar across blog, email and social
-
02
Manage paid acquisition budgets on Meta, Google and niche travel platforms
-
03
Work with our trip designers to turn real client journeys into marketing case studies
-
04
Own SEO strategy for destination and tour landing pages
-
05
Build and nurture partnerships with travel editors, bloggers and affiliate networks
-
06
Report weekly on traffic, lead quality and CAC — and pivot based on what you learn
Must Haves
What we're looking for.
-
4+ years in a marketing role at a consumer brand, ideally travel, luxury or hospitality
-
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with clear ROI accountability
-
Strong copywriting — you can turn a briefing into words that sell without sounding salesy
-
Data literacy: GA4, Looker Studio, basic SQL or spreadsheet pivot mastery
-
Remote work discipline and clear written communication across time zones
Nice To Have
Bonus points for…
-
Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog)
-
Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Customer.io
-
A portfolio showing editorial-style campaigns, not just performance ads
-
Light design skills in Figma so you can ship without always waiting on a designer
