About The Role

What you'll do.

We're looking for an IT Specialist who can keep the tools and infrastructure that power Hamilton & Chase humming. You'll own everything from laptop onboarding and SaaS account management to the quieter backend: backups, access control, the pipeline our internal price calculator relies on.

Who This Is For

A pragmatic generalist who's happy fixing a printer in the morning and auditing IAM policies in the afternoon. You enjoy working with a small team where your decisions stick, and you care about doing things properly rather than quickly.

Day To Day

Responsibilities.

  1. 01

Provision, maintain and retire employee laptops, accounts and software access across the studio

  2. 02

Own our SaaS stack — identity, single sign-on, billing, license cleanup, vendor reviews

  3. 03

Support our internal tools (tour builder, CMS, CRM) with the dev team when something breaks

  4. 04

Keep our backups, disaster recovery and security posture in good shape

  5. 05

Document processes so the next hire can pick up where you left off

  6. 06

Be the calm voice on the other end of the Slack DM when something isn't working

Must Haves

What we're looking for.

  • 3+ years in an IT, DevOps or systems administration role at a small-to-mid size company

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace administration, macOS and Windows fleet management, basic networking

  • Scripting fluency (bash, Python, PowerShell) — enough to automate the boring stuff

  • Clear written English and patience to explain technical things to non-technical colleagues

  • Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate — hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office

Nice To Have

Bonus points for…

  • Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji)

  • Familiarity with the Node.js ecosystem so you can debug alongside our engineers

  • Prior work at a travel, hospitality or e-commerce company

  • Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.)
