About The Role

What you'll do.

We're hiring a Sales Specialist to join the front line of the Hamilton & Chase travel studio. You'll work with incoming leads who are already interested in private European journeys, guiding them through the itinerary design, quoting, and booking process alongside our trip designers.

Who This Is For

Someone who genuinely loves talking to people, has travelled extensively through Europe, and understands that selling a $20,000 private tour is a conversation, not a pitch. You'll be just as comfortable discussing Tuscan wine estates as you are closing a deal over a follow-up email.

Day To Day

Responsibilities.

  1. 01

Respond to inbound trip inquiries within one business day — always thoughtfully, never with a template

  2. 02

Qualify leads by listening: budget, dates, travel style, who's going, what they've loved on past trips

  3. 03

Partner with our trip designers to assemble custom itinerary proposals and quotes

  4. 04

Own the follow-up cadence from first contact through deposit and final payment

  5. 05

Keep our CRM honest and up to date so the whole team sees the full picture

  6. 06

Share direct feedback with the product team on what travelers are actually asking for

Must Haves

What we're looking for.

  • 3+ years in consultative sales, ideally in travel, luxury hospitality, or a comparable high-consideration category

  • Excellent written English — you'll be judged on the quality of your first reply

  • Calm under pressure, organized with follow-ups, comfortable juggling 30–50 active conversations

  • First-hand travel experience in at least three of: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia

  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team across EU and US time zones

Nice To Have

Bonus points for…

  • A second or third language (Italian, Spanish, or French especially useful)

  • Prior experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

  • Existing network of travel advisors or affluent travelers

  • Background in experiential or private-client travel planning
